101: Practical and Compliant Revenue Cycle Management
Administrators’ Certification Program: Business Operations (Module 1 of 7)
This session will offer practice administrators education on the critical success factors that directly impact the bottom line and improve overall operations. We will be taking an in-depth look at practical solutions that apply to single-site clinics and multiple-location practices in business management. We will break down the complexities of AR management; looking at denial management and reporting timeline. Discuss ways to collect from patients and keep them connected with the practice. We will end with a discussion on the OIG Seven Elements of a Compliance Plan.
